Quinoa-paneer lettuce wrap

 Ingredients.... 1 cup quinoa, 2 tbsp oil,50gm paneer, 1tbsp  minced garlic, 1tbsp. minced ginger,salt to taste,soy sauce, 1 big chopped onion, hot chilly sauce according to your taste lettuce and carrot..

Method..

1cup cooked Quinoa, keep it aside
In oil add   small diced paneer. Once its brown on all side remove it.
Now add chopped onions in the oil, Add minced garlic, ginger. Then add salt, soy sauce and chilli sauce/hot sauce. Add the paneer and cooked quinoa and mix well. 

To serve  
Take outer lettuce leaves, place little quinoa paneer mixture in each. Top it up with grated carrots, wrap the lettuce and serve immediatley..







Avacado parathas



Ingredients..  1 riped avacado,half tsp jeera powder,1tsp lime juice,1tsp garlic paste,half tsp green chilly paste, 1tsp olive oil ,salt to taste and whole wheat flour.

Method..
Mashed  ripe avacado  and add jeera powder lime juice garlic paste ,salt and green chilly paste in to it and mix well.
To this add whole wheat flour little at a time and keep mixing till you get a paratha dough consistency do not add any extra water. Make yummy parathas eat with dahi chutney.









Thali peeth



Thali peeth: This is Maharashtrian dish and very healthy .

Ingredients:
1 cup bajri atta
1 cup jwar atta
1 cup raagi atta ie Nachani
1/2 cup besan atta
1 cup ghehu atta 
1/2 chawal atta
1 Tsp dhania zeera powder
1 Tsp haldi
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt and red chilli powder to taste,optionsal ,you can add  green chilli paste, according to your taste.
3 big onoins fine chopped

Method
1 cup coriander fine chopped sabhi atte ko mix karle aur pani se atta bandhe.aur uske gole bana le. Fir ek gile rumal lo us rumal ko chakla matlab (patla) ke uper haath se thap thapa ka uski roti bana lo.aur us roti ko apne ungliyo se whole kar do ki take who jaldi pak jaye.oil se bhi sek sakte ho ya ghee or butter choice is urs or without. 
N serve hot with any kind of chutney or any curry or curd..choice is yours veg is optional. I have used onions.  Any leafy veg or any veg.

Ingredients..

6 beetroots boiled&Diced
4 boiled&mashed potatoes 
1cup green peas boiled
1cup chopped beans boiled
1cup green Coriander 
Chopped 
2 tsp green chilli paste 
2 tsp ginger paste
4 onions diced 
2 bay leaves 
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow or deep fry.

......Method....

Put 2tsp oil in a pan
Add bay leaves then green chilies and ginger paste then onion cubes .saute nicely then add gramflour again saute for a while add rest other vegetables salt and mix well . Roll into oval shaped cutlets.Shallow fry or deep fried by dipping the cutlets in very thin consistency of besan ghol.Roll over breadcrumbs ..then deep fry.

Spinach wrap



Spinach wrap

Ingredients..

1 cucumber 
2 tomato
1 Cup spinach
1 small onion
Salt, 
Cream cheese 2 tbsp, 
1 tbsp sour cream
Red Chili sauce according to taste for kids
Tortilla (spinach, tomato, plain)
Jalapeños omit for kids if spicy

Method
Take seeds of tomato and cucumber out,
Mix all ingredients
Put 2 Sp of mixture in tortilla of your choice. 
Roll them tight, refrigerate 1 hour, then cut them diagonal.and serve..











Stuffed Mushrooms 

Around 25 button mushrooms,  1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup grated cheese,  2 cloves garlic-minced, 2 tsp parsley, 1/4th tsp mint(optional), pepper, salt, 2tbsp olive oil
Make a cavity in the mushroom,  mix remaining ingredients adding little oil, fill the cavity with stuffing, put oil in baking sheet, place mushrooms,  drizzle olive oil on top, bake at 400 for 25 mins or untill golden on top 😊










Steamed Oat Muthia

Ingredients

Oat 2 cup ,Suji1/2 Cup,basan,    1 spoon,whole wheat flour    1/2 Cup ,olive oil,4 Tablespoon
Spring onion    2 Cup chopped ,ginger pasteTo Taste,,Garlic paste,
Green chillies pasteTo Taste, Sesame seeds    1 Tablespoon
Low fat Yogurt    1/2 Cup ,Baking soda    1spoon
Turmeric powder    1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander powder    1/4 Tablespoon
Cumin powder    1/4 Tablespoon
Salt    To Taste
Sugar    To Taste
FOR THE TEMPERING
Oil    4 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds    1 Tablespoon
Sesame seed    1 Teaspoon 
Method:::
In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and baking soda. Mix well.Prepare the steamer by filling water at the bottom and placing the steam basket.
To the bowl with the ingredients mixture add the baking soda and  mix water little by little and mix well till it forms a soft dough. Wet the hands with water and take small portions of the mixture and place it in the steam basket.
Steam it for around 20 minutes. Remove from the steamer and Slice it into large pieces.
In a frying pan, heat oil. Add the mustard seeds ,sesame seeds. asafoetida and sauté for 2 seconds. Add the sliced steamed muthia and sauté for a few  min,In a serving plate, serve the muthia as snacks.
